Because of the young age of the children, programs with children from three to four years of age always take place in cooperation with the parents. From four years of age, this is done in consultation with the teacher and depends on each child’s concentration and mode of learning.

“My child has a very short attention span, but I want it so badly,” we often hear. Fortunately that is possible. We always try a trial lesson first to get a fair idea of how the child responds to the lesson. This trial lesson costs 15 Euro and is without obligation. If there are doubts, from our side or from the side of the parent, we arrange a 4-week lesson plan on trial. We then evaluate together.

Parent-child starter package for Dutch online lessons for young preschool children
At Dutch for Children we guide parents and children. Together in one to four sessions. Hereby we coach the parent to work with the child in a playful way. The number of sessions depends on the level of Dutch of the parent and child.

Online Dutch lesson for preschool children
From the age of approximately 3 and half, the toddlers receive Dutch lessons online via Skype. They start in group 1 or 2. This depends on their age and level.

- Skype lessons of 30 minutes: once or twice a week
